Our buildings are situated in Santa Maria, the tourist centre  of the island, in the place known like Praia Antonio Sousa, and they are only 200 m. from a wonderful white beach.
Praia Antonio Sousa, thanks to the new building lot, that planned  singular villas with swimming-pool, golf course at nine holes, became the residential quarter for excellence surrounded by only building of recently constructed.
For this reason today it is this area enjoys (unlike the other areas) a direct line of municipal lighting and in a short time will enjoy also drainage, piping and telephone systems.
